By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Work: We provide foundation repair services as described in your estimate or proposal. Any changes must be agreed upon in writing.
2. Estimates & Payment: Estimates are valid for 30 days. A deposit is required before work begins, and the balance is due upon completion. Late payments may incur fees.
3. Customer Responsibilities: Customers must provide access to the property and inform us of any underground utilities or obstacles. We are not responsible for unmarked utilities or property outside the work area.
4. Warranty: Limited warranties apply only to the specific work performed. Damage from natural causes, soil movement, or third-party alterations is not covered.
5. Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services provided.
6. Delays: Project schedules may change due to weather, material availability, or conditions beyond our control.
7. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
